Position Overview:

– Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
– Assisting with medication reminders and meal preparation
– Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful activities
– Supporting clients with mobility and exercises
– Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

– Compassionate and caring demeanor
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
– Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required
– Must pass background checks and screening processes
